We collaborate, practice, and get playful with how to make health and life a little more manageable. Coaching is a partnership, accountability, and guidance when needed towards making personal, sustainable change.
What coaching is not… expensive products and auto-shipments, overly prescriptive plans that don’t fit into your personal likes or schedule, weekly meal plans or training plans you won’t enjoy or be able to sustain.
Balancing family, career, health & finances, all while trying to get enough sleep every day can feel like a losing battle. Whether you’re single or partnered, raising children or fur babies, starting a new career or planning for retirement, things are a bit more challenging today than they used to be. Together, we’ll explore resources, skills, and find new practices to help you make it through the day a little more empowered and relaxed. I often say to clients, I can’t change the factors or challenges you’re experiencing today, but together we can find new tools to cope in making it through.
Fitting in movement and exercise can be daunting, not to mention finding the time and energy in the day to fit it all in.
Too often we think that if we can’t devote an hour of time to exercise we might as well not even do it. We’ll practice new mindsets to adding in movement that can be healthy and timely to fit in your needs and day.
Have you tried Atkins, South Beach, Whole30, paleo, going vegan? Maybe you’ve thought about trying keto or intermittent fasting; but what does it all really mean, how do you do it, and will it really give you those results you’re looking for?
Through coaching we’ll focus on nutrition with a manageable and integrative focus. You’ll discover foods and meals that serve and fuel you, giving you energy to make it through the day, that fit your busy schedule.
